I made a cheesy enchiladas dish and was very please with the corn tortillas. I went a little crazy with the cheese and sauce but it was delish!!! The tortillas arrived fresh, very impressive!!!

I love my tostados (full moon), nachos (half moon), or just chips for dipping (quarters). It takes a little effort, but it is so much better than store bought chips. They're more durable as well. I get flustered when I bring home some store bought chips to find that a 1/4 or a 1/3 of the chips are broken. To make your own all it takes is an iron skillet preferably, a good set of tongs, about a quarter inch of canola oil in the skillet, a full baking sheet lined with paper towels, and a little patience and attentiveness.

This is a great product, its packaged very well. I enjoy always having these on hand.

These have a horrible chemical smell, while separating them into stacks of 20 to freeze the final stack only came out to 17,( I counted all the stacks twice) but even so I will probably toss them all as I don’t trust them with the smell, total waste of money.

These were much more fresh than the ones in my local grocery store. Same brand but I guess not many people here eat corn tortillas cause well, you can feel it just by pushing down on top of the stack lightly. Those are like cardboard and these still have a bit of spring to them. Also of course there's the expiration date. Taste good.

they need to be fried and give it a good crispy crunch. Take about 6 in a stack and quarter them with a pizza cutter then deep fry until golden brown with a few burned edges. Dunk in a cheese dip and enjoy.

Living overseas, and these tortillas make me think about and miss home.
