It works!
Some context: I've already used the vest three times, each time at 100°+ with humidity of roughly 9% - Phoenix in summer is absolutely ideal for an evaporative cooling vest. I've owned a wet evaporative cooling vest (use it on my motorcycle) for years but was hoping to get something easier to use. I work outside and didn't want to have to haul a water source around with me for refreshes. In that sense it's convenient: I activate it using 3/4 of a personal-size water bottle. I can do that at home and it lasts for the 4 hours that I need it to. [I suspect that the "up to three days" is a stretch]. The only challenge, and I suspect I'm just low on the learning curve, is working the water evenly around the vest - specifically making the water migrate from the back to the front. That said, I seem to manage to get the water where it needs to be. I've washed it between each use, delicate cycle, and it comes out of the washer just fine. The sizing runs just a little small (one size at most), but not as much as others have mentioned. Overall, a great product, but I wouldn't recommend if your humidity exceeds 50°.

Not worth the money
I work in a paper plant in southeast Georgia with some large, heat-producing equipment in it, and it's VERY hot in there in the summer, along with extremely high humidity, and apparently, this cooling vest only works in low-humidity environments. Nevertheless, I thought I would try it. Maybe it would provide some cooling, at least for a while, if not for the 2-3 days as advertised. It did keep me cool, for about an hour, then all it did was make me sweat.I should have read the reviews before purchasing this product, because overall, they're not very good. 20% of them are 1 star, which is a pretty high percentage. Normally, and especially when the product is this expensive, I read through the reviews to get an idea of how people feel about what I'm considering buying, but I was impressed by the "technology" of this vest, and I was sure it would work. Besides, I really needed SOMETHING to keep me cool; inside the plant, it's nearly 100° during the day right now. Had I read just a few of the reviews, I would not have purchased this vest in the first place. I plan to return the one I bought. Things are much too expensive these days for me to waste my money on something that doesn't work.

Leaked the second time I used it, and soaked my pants and boots
One of the bottom ports developed a serious leak shooting water out, after a total usage of 2 hours.I’m in Phoenix, and the vest worked beautifully for 2 hrs. After it started leaking, I looked like I had showered with my clothes on and filled my boots.

Very useful in summer except on very humid day
Very useful in summer except on very humid day, however it still protect you from heat stroke. I wish manufacturer make a dry evaporative cap too. That would be even more useful. Only problem is that instead of adding water to last for three days, it need a refill every day, sometimes more than once a day if you are out for hot sunny day longer than 3-4 hours.

Cooling
During a good heatwave this was my lifesaver. I can see where this wouldn't be good in humid climate but worked great in the dry heat

poor quality/possibly unsafe
Wore it for a couple hours while using a riding lawn mower when I noticed my lower back getting wet. Took the vest of and found it leaking around one of the vent holes. The vest sprung a leak simply from wearing it, so the durability is extremely poor for the price. So, I opened the fill port and flipped it to drain it out and the water came out a bright greenish yellow. Not only does it leak, the water pulls dye out of the fabric. This exposes the wearer to whatever chemicals are in the dye as the water evaporates whether it was leaking or not.
