Faulty Wires and the Quality of the Bulb holder is really pathetic . When you sell a product , do the basic checks to ensure the product works . Case with both the lights delivered.

Too small for outdooslrs
The product is too small for a building with elevated height. Go for a bigger one if you chose to place it outdoors.
