I never write reviews. Well, very rarely. I have been searching for a small camera to place outside my apartment door that pointed at my door and the surrounding hallway. I have ordered multiple cameras, only to have troubles connecting them to the Wi-Fi, or them working for a few minutes and stopping,... It was one issue after another with each little mini spy cam I seemed to purchase. I couldn't trust reviews anymore. I wanted wireless. Obviously if I live in an apartment building it's not going to be easy if it it's not wireless. But that seemed to be the only things that were left out there, that I hadn't tried. I ordered this camera and I thought it was wireless. I was wrong. But hold on. There's more to this story... First of all, connecting it to my Wi-Fi and working with the app was so super simple, I was worried something was wrong. Could it really be this easy?? After I disconnected it from the cord that charged it .... it stopped working. That's when I realized I had made a mistake and it needed to stay plugged in. Duh. The thing is is that it was so simple to get it up and running, seriously less than 5 minutes! And the picture was good! And it seemed to have a lot of flexibility so I could angle it just the way I wanted to. I looked at it and said you know what? I'm going to make this thing work for me. I am not sending a camera that is this easy to set up, back. I have a mini SCD card. I don't want to pay for cloud storage. I don't want to pay for anything extra The cord that comes with this little camera is basically flat so I had no trouble putting it through the top of my door without the door pinching the cord! It was pretty long.... But I did not have an outlet near the door so up up on a step ladder this old woman went, and I taped it along the ceiling line and then I chose a white extension cord so it would blend in with the wall in my living room. I made it look good. I am thrilled with this camera! I can now see who's knocking at my door... I can speak to them clearly through my two-way audio. I can see if somebody has left a package. I am disabled so getting up and down is not always easy for me... And I live alone so sometimes I'm not dressed for guests if you know what I mean lol. This whole review, It does nothing else, I want to make sure that it shows you the ease with which this camera was set up. So that, along with the fact that the picture quality was excellent, so *completely* outweighed the inconvenience of having to figure out how to connect it to the nearest outlet in my home.If you are a frustrated consumer like I was tried multiple cameras only to have to keep returning them and not getting what you want, please consider this one. One. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I am a caregiver. I ordered this to know when my senior relative gets up during the night. He has dementia and has fallen more than once late at night.I can't believe how EASY it was to set up, format the SD card, link to Alexa and set up notifications. SO easy and I am not much of a techy person.The video quality is excellent, even though I set it on LQ (low quality). It is on the network, but I guess since I put it on a shelf nestled among books and knick knacks the wifi is maybe not the best....Still, it is excellent.That little thing has a view of the entire very large master bedroom.I had it set up for notifications, but every time one of the dogs runs in it would go off. So, no sirens please all day. At night though, I need them. Again, easy to turn notifications and alarms on and off in settings.I do have an SD card inserted but don't really care to record anything. The motion detection is really really good.Easy to set up and I can't believe the price either. I think I will get one for the other rooms just so i can see the dogs and talk to them when I'm not home.

I've always considered getting a camera for my hotel/Airbnb room when I travel.The camera size is good and not bigger than a mini travel speaker box. It was so easy to set up, the images are pretty clear and in color. I simply unpacked it, plugged it up and scanned the QR code in the instructions then installed the app.I even tested the alarm and it was pretty loud. I like the camera tampering alarm. The speaker to talk to anyone in the vicinity of the camera was not as easy to use. I doenst rotate on it's own but it captures a pretty good area span.Some of the settings were a bit difficult for me to understand such as: Motion detection on All or motion detection/person detection.Other than that it's pretty cool. I'm still unsure if paying for cloud storage option is worth it yet.

La cámara tiene excelente definición, buena visión nocturna (si hay algo de luz ambiente) y se conecta sin problemas con Alexa y Siri, lo cual me permite recibir notificaciones en el celular. Fue muy fácil de configurar al principio.Sin embargo, hay algunos puntos a considerar: no tiene movimiento remoto (yo asumí que sí, pero fue error mío), y configurar rutinas me ha resultado algo confuso. Además, aunque activé la alarma con detección de personas y manipulación de cámara, esta no suena, y no entiendo por qué.En general, buena opción si buscas una cámara fija con buena calidad de imagen y conectividad inteligente.
