Shipping box came damaged but product was intact good quality only minor trimming on bottom I painted mine light gray and the knob black looks perfect in my updated bathroom

Absolutely horrible. Do not recommend. It did not come with instructions. The instalation without instructions was a nightmare. Trashed half of it, just trying to get something functional. Should have sent this piece of garbage back, but I bought it, cause I needed it for an emergency animal housing situation. Can honestly say, the is the biggest waste of almost $250 I have ever spent in my life. What was left of this door that I managed to make work for the time being (until I can purchase a product FROM SOMEONE ELSE) is because I did it, me. So Hey buds, pro customer service tip? Next time you ship a product to someone, include the instructions, yeah? It will go a long way to prevent irate customers in the future.Signed,I-know-where-you-can-shove-this-door

Poor quality
Design is ok. The material is not the wood, cheaper quality. The screws are much worsted- screw teeth grind flat, head of screw falling down can not use. No suggest people to buy.

Great doors, a little expensive but come with hardware!
These doors were a little more than the ones we priced out in our local hardware store but once we also priced out the hardware we would need to buy with ones from our hardware store, this became a much more cost effect solution. They come with instructions and hanging information but you should also know a thing or two about installing doors before you attempt to hang them. I watched a few YouTube videos first and was all set!
